The Office of Congresswoman Ma. Evita Arago and Victoria Mayor Nonong Gonzales signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Ai-Hu Foundation represented by CEO Billy Huang and Director Bella Huang for five Modular classes of Computer Van Aralan starting September 6 up to December 2010.
The MOA signing was witnessed by TESDA Provincial Director Ms. Luisita S. de la Cruz.
Each module equals to 100 trainees which means that 500 Ivy Scholars will benefit for free basic computer operations training thru teachers Arman Castillo and Arjay Fernandez.
Other witnesses were Secretary to the Mayor Ricky Sioson, Municipal Administrator Restituto Cacha, Congressional District Staff John Cigaral, Hon. Vice Mayor Toknie LaraƱo and Sangguniang Bayan.
Also in attendance were Liga ng mga Barangay, municipal employees and Ivy Scholars.
Cong. Ivy thanked the people of Victoria for the support on her reelection and for the election of Gonzales that opens the door of the municipal hall for her the first time ever. (SEVEN LAKES PRESS CORPS)
